Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire technical talent across software engineering, data science, ML, product management, security, and infrastructure. This six-month assignment is fully remote, with collaboration across Engineering, Product, and R&D leaders.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, source via advanced techniques, advise hiring teams, manage offers, and monitor metrics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, especially in technical hiring.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of recruiting, or an advanced degree.
• Proven success hiring Software Engineering, Data Science, ML, Product, Security, Infrastructure.
• Strong market knowledge and candidate assessment methods.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute hiring strategies.
• Source and engage top technical talent via advanced sourcing and networks.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Improve pipelines and employer brand within engineering communities.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to optimize outcomes.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and closing with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
