Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting client relationships by identifying needs and delivering compelling presentations of our services. You will negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth.

You will conduct market research to identify upsell opportunities, explore new business avenues through client referrals and networking, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and deal

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or equivalent IT/tech roles.
• Experience closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through prospect research.
• Use sales tools to contact and convert leads.
• Email prospects to establish rapport and set meetings.
• Phone conversations to qualify prospects.
• Develop and implement prospect strategies with the team.
• Coordinate with Sales Management and Marketing for quality presentations.
• Provide solutions to boost revenue and profitability.
• Present and sell services with solid arguments.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
