Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, seeks a Director, Account Management in the USA (AZ remote-based). You will lead strategic client relationships, grow the portfolio, and partner with C-level stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in account management, strong communication, Salesforce experience, and a track record of cross-selling. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients across CIO/CTO/CXO stakeholders.
• Develops strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Monitors account performance and ensures delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions.
