Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Client Growth & Success Manager (remote, US-based) to manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-sized employer clients, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will be the primary contact and trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client priorities and using data-driven insights to maximize program adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, account management, or similar roles in SaaS/healthcare/services.
• Proven success in growth, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Track record of meeting renewal and upsell targets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience prioritizing accounts using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ability to learn complex programs and answer client questions with tailored solutions.
• Experience managing a diverse, high-volume portfolio.
• Strong judgment balancing client needs with business priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline and renewal forecasts.
• Comfort using data tools and AI to improve productivity and insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-sized employer clients, the primary point of accountability for relationships and long-term success.
• Build trusted relationships with client and consultant stakeholders, aligning goals and priorities.
• Provide informed recommendations on healthcare programs and growth strategies.
• Use data and insights to improve member engagement, program adoption, and outcomes.
• Prepare client reports, ROI analyses, and business reviews with scalable templates.
• Monitor client health, prioritize accounts by risk/opportunity, and apply proactive retention strategies.
• Turn partnerships into advocacy via testimonials, case studies, and references.
• Develop strategies to increase program adoption and member participation across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing on engagement campaigns and client materials.
• Support client webinars and events to strengthen participation and community.
• Manage renewal lifecycle and close upsell opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate.
• Maintain accurate client, pipeline, renewal, and forecast data in Salesforce or other CRM.
• Serve as central contact for escalations across Implementation, Clinical, Product, and other teams.
• Share client feedback to inform product and growth initiatives.
• Use repeatable playbooks and templates to scale service delivery.
