This fully remote role offers a chance to impact outcomes across the organization. This position requires 3–5 years in data analytics and project management, strong SQL, and proficiency with Snowflake/dbt.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience combining data analytics and project management in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using Excel, Looker, and Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern BI tools for querying datasets, dashboards, and translating insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across departments, delivering initiatives successfully.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, prioritizing, timelines, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, investigate performance variations, identify inefficiencies, and answer critical business questions.
• Own the process of generating operational insights and implementing recommendations with measurable outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead complex operational projects from scoping to completion, with clear objectives, timelines, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment and progress toward goals.
• Translate findings into structured improvement initiatives with defined success metrics and actionable recommendations.
