Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will optimize Workday HCM, build reports and dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights across HR and business functions.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to improve HR processes, ensure data quality, and support leadership with standardized metrics and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Six years+ experience in HRIS/HR analytics/reporting.
• Hands-on Workday HCM reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday and HR tech support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions with HR/IT/vendors.
• Document business requirements and implement Workday configuration changes.
• Evaluate releases and contribute to HR tech roadmaps and process optimizations.
• Promote self-service through system enhancements, training materials, and streamlined processes.
• Design, develop, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Maintain data quality, reporting consistency, and data governance practices.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
