Job summary

Persona is seeking a highly organized, people-first Team Support Specialist to serve as a dedicated resource for our client-facing team members. This role covers the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding—including productivity monitoring, coaching, performance review support, and processing reimbursements and benefits requests.

You will maintain accurate records in Airtable, verify new hire data, and guide new hires through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations or fintech support role.
• Direct fintech/banking/payments infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for client-facing team in Airtable.
• Collect and verify hire information; oversee virtual card tracking.
• Serve as first contact for daily team-member questions.
• Conduct regular check-in calls with team members.
• Review productivity data (Hubstaff) and address irregular patterns.
• Guide new hires through onboarding and training.
• Manage offboarding documentation and steps.
• Lead mock kickoff sessions with candidates and coach them.
• Develop client-ready candidate profiles for kickoffs.
• Process reimbursements, health insurance, and benefits requests.
• Support performance reviews using Hubstaff data.
• Gather client feedback during evaluations.
• Plan and execute ongoing initiatives (e.g., referral program).
