Advocate Health is seeking a TBM/Apptio specialist to support cost transparency, planning, TBM Studio configurations, and data quality for strategic IT initiatives. This fully remote role requires a Bachelor's in IT and 3 years of IT systems experience.

You will work with IT and business units to develop functional requirements, create process mappings, and mentor junior teammates while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.
• Demonstrated TBM knowledge and ability to support cost transparency, planning, and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication across IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration and data management.
• Support benchmarking and survey management activities to inform leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop business cases and requirements.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Create business process maps showing interdependencies between entities.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate requirements and plans.
• Assist in business relationship management, strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain productive relationships with IT, business, and external partners.
