Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a qualified professional to advance TBM initiatives, cost transparency and TBM Studio configuration. The role involves data management, benchmarking and finding IT-driven business improvements across business units.

You will collect requirements, map processes, analyze benchmarks, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver clear functional specs and impactful solutions. This remote, full-time position supports enterprise TBM efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated TBM knowledge and Apptio experience with configuration, cost transparency, planning and reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and work across IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance and data quality controls.
• Support benchmarking and survey management activities including data collection, validation and timely submission for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop business cases and requirements for technology solutions.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define clear functional requirements and drive project success.
• Create clear business process mappings to show interdependencies across systems and workflows.
