Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time analyst in Enterprise Corporate - Strategy and Planning to support Apptio TBM Studio and TBM capabilities. This remote role includes configuration, data management, and quality controls to inform leadership decisions across the organization.

You will conduct detailed stakeholder interviews, map complex processes, and develop functional requirements to solve IT-related business problems while collaborating with IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of information systems experience with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configurations and TBM solutions.
• Coordinate benchmarking and survey data collection and submission.
• Work with IT and business units to define business requirements and cost models.
• Create business process maps illustrating interdependencies between systems and workflows.
• Assist in business relationship management and portfolio planning.
• Travel may be required; operate in a primarily remote office environment.
