Qualifikationen

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
3+ years of experience in information systems that include business applications analysis.
Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Aufgaben

Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
Support benchmarking & survey management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and submission of data.
Collaborate with IT and business units to develop and understand business requirements to solve technology-related problems.
Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems and workflows.
Prepare presentations and documentation to transfer knowledge to the project team.
