Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT business analyst to support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, data management, and cost transparency initiatives. You will work with IT and business teams to gather requirements, create process mappings, and help translate strategies into actionable plans.

Responsibilities include benchmarking data collection, analysis, and reporting to leaders, plus maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring quality controls across TBM activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Support benchmarking & survey management, including collection, validation, analysis, and submission of data for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT consultancy and business units to define business cases and requirements for technology solutions.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements and create simple business process mappings of complex systems.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate requirements and assist in relationship management, strategy, portfolio/demand planning.
• Maintain relationships across IT, business units, and external partners; travel may be required.
