Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Senior IT/Business Analyst to support Apptio TBM Studio, cost transparency, planning, and TBM capabilities. You will work with IT and business units to define business requirements and ensure data quality across benchmarking and survey programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio cost transparency, planning, TBM Studio through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data to inform leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Develop business cases and business requirements with IT consultancy and business units to solve technology-related problems.
• Conduct detailed interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings to show interdependencies between systems and workflows.
• Maintain productive relationships with IT, business peers, and external partners.
• Assist in business relationship management, strategy and portfolio/demand management.
