Advocate Health is seeking a remote-ready IT business analyst within the Strategy and Planning department to support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, cost transparency, and TBM planning. You will gather requirements, map complex processes, and work with IT and business units to drive technology-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder interviews, data management, and ensuring quality controls while supporting benchmarking and survey activities for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years of information systems experience including business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Apptio TBM Studio to support TBM cost transparency.
• Support TBM planning, data management, and quality controls.
• Coordinate benchmarking and survey management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of data to inform leadership reporting.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Create business process mappings to show interdependencies between systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand business cases and requirements for technology solutions.
• Maintain relationships with peers and management in IT and business functions.
