Advocate Health is seeking a remote Senior IT Business Analyst to support Apptio TBM Studio, cost transparency, planning, and TBM activities. You will collect and validate business requirements, map complex processes, and work with IT and business units to drive data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in information systems with TBM experience, excellent stakeholder interviewing skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 3+ years in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring Apptio TBM Studio.
• Strong stakeholder interview and requirements gathering skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Apptio TBM Studio, cost transparency, planning, TBM, data management, and quality controls.
• Conduct detailed interview sessions with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings to show interdependencies between entities.
• Maintain relationships with IT, business functions, and external partners.
