EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, with emphasis on tax planning, compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, and business development.

Flexible office location with fully remote option. The ideal candidate will lead a team, coach staff, and drive efficiency, while maintaining high standards of client service and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns
• Recent Public Accounting experience
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster client relationships, and manage engagement status, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering tax planning insights and handling inquiries.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and inefficiencies.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback; support recruiting and performance evaluation.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in business development, identify opportunities, and support proposals.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
