Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role requires overseeing engagements, tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth clients, and actively engaging in business development.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, mentor teams, and foster client relationships. Applicants should have a CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification with 8+ years of US tax experience, plus a Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of US tax compliance experience for individuals, partnerships, and S-corps.
• Public Accounting experience within the last 2 years.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage multiple client engagements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns and communicate with clients regularly.
• Develop and foster client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
• Provide training and supervision to staff and coordinate with Partners.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field

CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification

Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field
