EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees ultra-high net worth tax engagements, leads client relationships, and drives business development in a flexible, fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of tax experience, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and strong leadership to mentor staff and grow the book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with high-net-worth individuals.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Public Accounting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns with attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Lead client relationships, respond to inquiries, and support meetings and presentations.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization to improve profitability.
• Mentor staff, support recruiting, onboarding and performance development.
• Utilize tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
