Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using commercial tax software.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 badge: eligibility with 1+ year of recent experience and 30+ returns.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers completing their taxes with TurboTax products, providing tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Research answers using government sites and resources, delivering clear, everyday language.
• Conduct virtual interactions via video software and document interactions for accurate records.
