Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season in a fully remote role. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software, preferably with an active PTIN.

You will work 100% remotely, collaborate with a diverse team, and help customers navigate tax preparation using TurboTax products while maintaining professional, friendly communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 badge applicants: 1+ year of experience with 30+ paid tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products, provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Research and deliver accurate answers using government sites and professional resources in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video/audio tools and document interactions for accurate records.
