Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. This is a remote, customer-facing role where you will help clients prepare their 1040s using TurboTax products and provide guidance with tax calculations.

You should have at least 2 years of paid experience filing returns and be comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional manner. A dedicated hardwired internet connection is required.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions to maintain records.
