Qualifications

• 2+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 badge: eligible with 1+ year of activity and 30+ returns.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation and delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service and professional video/audio interactions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products and provide tax advice.
• Perform full service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product inquiries.
• Use government sites and resources to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video/audio and document interactions for records.
