Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Eligible with 1+ year of recent experience with 30+ paid tax returns if you have an Intuit Academy Level 1 badge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products with advice and full-service return preparation.
• Calculate taxes and respond to product/software inquiries to Power Prosperity Around the World.
• Document interactions using video communication tools and maintain accurate records.
