• 2+ years preparing federal and state 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• PTIN and state licenses or ability to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using video communications to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, and product inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and work toward KPIs and project goals.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
