Qualifications

• 2+ tax seasons preparing 1040 federal and state returns for at least 30 clients per season using tax software.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain any required state licenses.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; tech-savvy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual customer-facing role using our video software to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation and signature.
• Handle product or software inquiries and tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and progress; update records.
• Strive to meet KPI metrics and participate in training as required.
