Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN
• State licenses/certifications as required
• Willing to work minimum 20 hours per week
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video using our software to provide tax guidance and support.
• Assist TurboTax customers with tax return preparation and signature.
• Answer tax product and software inquiries.
• Explain tax terms in plain language to customers.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilot tests and training.
