Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficient with technology and software.

• Assist TurboTax customers via virtual video interactions to provide tax advice and full service preparation.
• Answer product and tax-related questions and explain terms in everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and work toward KPI metrics and project goals.
