Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a motivated tax professional to assist TurboTax customers with expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax terms. This is a virtual, customer-facing role using advanced video tools to deliver clear, friendly support.

You will handle full-service return preparation, answer product questions, and document interactions while meeting KPI goals. The position requires 2+ years of federal/state return experience, a valid PTIN, and ability to work at least 20 hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state individual 1040 tax return experience for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation and signature.
• Assist TurboTax customers with product inquiries and tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and adhere to company procedures.
• Utilize government and professional resources to provide accurate answers in everyday language.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in training and development as required.
