Intuit, Inc. is seeking a motivated tax professional to help customers complete their returns using TurboTax. You will guide clients, provide tax explanations, and deliver excellent service via video interactions.

Responsibilities include tax advice, full service return preparation, and using government and professional resources to give accurate answers. Flexibility with hours and ongoing training is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent federal and state 1040 prep for about 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses or permits.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and use required software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax guidance and full service return prep via video interactions.
• Explain tax and tech terms in everyday language to customers.
• Document interactions and meet KPI metrics and goals.
• Complete required training and compliance programs.
