Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to assist customers with completing their taxes using TurboTax products.

This virtual, customer-facing role focuses on expert guidance, accurate tax preparation, and clear explanations of tax terms to empower customers to file confidently. You'll use state-of-the-art video tools to assist clients, handle federal and state returns, and work toward KPIs while following company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal/state 1040 prep for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use our video software to interact with customers.
• Help TurboTax customers with tax advice, full service return prep and signature, and product inquiries.
• Provide tax calculations and explanations with clear, everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and work toward KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
