The role requires 2+ years of federal/state 1040 preparation, PTIN, and strong customer service skills. Minimum 20 hours weekly availability is required, with training and KPI-driven goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state individual 1040 tax returns experience.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain related state licenses.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature to TurboTax customers.
• Interact with customers via video using the companys software.
• Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries using defined policies.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in training and development.
