Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax prep software.

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use our video communications software (Smartlook) to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, product inquiries, and tax calculations.
• Create high quality customer interactions with empathy and deep tax knowledge to instill confidence.
• Use government websites and professional resources to deliver correct answers in everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and work toward KPI metrics and company goals.
• Participate in training, pilots, and company programs as required.
