Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Tax Data Analytics Supervisor to reconcile payroll and tax data across US jurisdictions within Workday. The role focuses on resolving out-of-balance conditions and ensuring compliance in tax processing for our customers.

The ideal candidate has payroll tax experience, accounting experience, and strong Excel skills, with preferred certifications in Workday, accounting, CPP/FPC. Overtime may be required. This is a remote-friendly role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Payroll Tax experience.
• 2 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel.
• Flexibility of hours - Overtime will be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pay function activities with stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Team Manager on system improvement needs.
• Serve as first point of customer/internal escalation for tax analytics.
• Provide directions, instructions, and training to the team.
• Assist with daily tasks and special projects.
• Perform routine audits for tax balancing and reconciliation communications.
