Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Tax Analytics Specialist to join an outsourcing environment. You will perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of payroll and taxes across all US tax jurisdictions, analyzing data to resolve discrepancies and support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in tax or payroll, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role offers remote work options and opportunities to collaborate with multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related Payroll and/or tax experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax rules and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer tax out-of-balances in a timely manner.
• Process various mathematical calculations to determine best solutions.
• Analyze tax/payroll data at employer and employee levels.
• Communicate findings to customers and document causes of discrepancies.
• Ensure actions comply with tax authority requirements.
