Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Tax Data Analytics Supervisor to lead payroll tax analytics and ensure accurate reconciliation for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll activities in Workday. The role supports the OSV tax portal and customer communications to resolve tax discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has experience in payroll tax, accounting, and Excel, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Payroll Tax experience.
• 2 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel.
• Flexibility of hours - Overtime will be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pay function activities and payroll tax processes.
• Collaborate with Team Manager for system improvements.
• Serve as first point of escalation for tax analytics.
• Train and guide team members.
• Perform audits for tax balancing and reconciliation.
• Reconcile payroll and taxes across US jurisdictions.
• Investigate and resolve tax out-of-balance efficiently.
• Document causes and communicate with customers.
