Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Payroll and/or tax experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer tax out-of-balances in a timely manner.
• Processes various mathematical calculations to determine the best solutions.
• Analysis of tax/payroll data at the employer and employee level to inspect discrepancies.
• Communicate findings to customers and document the causes of tax discrepancies.
