Qualifications

• Active PTIN and state licenses or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video using TurboTax platform.
• Provide tax advice and complete full service returns.
• Resolve product and tax questions using official resources.
• Document interactions and meet KPIs.
• Complete required training and compliance.
