Ideal candidates have 2+ years of federal/state 1040 experience, PTIN, and strong communication. A flexible, remote role requiring at least 20 hours weekly, with ongoing training and KPI-driven goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 preparation for at least 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses, certificates, or permits.
• Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficient with technology and video/audio tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance, full service return preparation, and signature support for TurboTax customers.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools to address tax questions and issues.
• Document customer interactions and follow defined procedures and policies.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilot tests, projects, and trainings.
