Intuit, Inc. is seeking a tax professional to assist customers with federal and state 1040 returns in a fully remote, virtual setup.

You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and answer product questions using TurboTax tools, with emphasis on clear communication and customer empathy. Responsibilities include leveraging government resources, documenting interactions, and meeting KPI targets while completing required training.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years of experience preparing federal and state 1040 returns for 30+ clients per season.
• Active PTIN and related state licenses/certifications.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficient with technology and software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers via video/audio tools.
• Willing to obtain security-compliant hardwired internet connection.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Residency in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Virtual customer-facing role using Smartlook to interact with customers.
• Assist TurboTax customers with tax advice, full-service return prep, and product inquiries.
• Create high-quality customer interactions leveraging empathy and tax expertise.
• Use government resources and professional references to provide accurate answers in plain language.
• Follow procedures to troubleshoot and resolve tax advice and preparation inquiries.
• Document customer interactions.
• Meet KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals.
• Participate in pilots, projects, and validations as needed.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
