Intuit, Inc. is seeking a virtual Tax Professional to help TurboTax customers complete federal and state returns. You will guide customers with tax preparation, explanations of terms, and support via video interactions. You will document interactions and strive to meet KPIs while maintaining high quality service.

The role requires 2+ years of 1040 experience, PTIN, and the ability to work at least 20 hours weekly from a remote setting in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 preparation for at least 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses.
• Willing to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
