Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks a tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely with tax preparation and expert guidance. You will explain tax terms clearly, compute returns, and ensure accuracy while delivering friendly, confident support.

Using Smartlook video tools, you will document interactions, respond to product inquiries, and work toward KPI goals. A PTIN and relevant licenses are required, with a minimum 20 hours per week and residency in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state 1040 returns for numerous clients.
• Must possess or obtain PTIN and state licenses.
• Active ability to work at least 20 hours per week in the US.
• Proficient with technology and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using Smartlook video communications software.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation and signature.
• Answer product questions and explain tax terms in plain language.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI targets.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.
