Qualifications

• Strong data entry accuracy and basic math verification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to fundamental member and branch inquiries regarding tax-advantaged accounts.
• Perform routine quality control audits on daily logs and documents.
• Process standard transactional requests including withdrawals and conversions.
• Rebalance departmental general ledgers daily and resolve rejected entries.
• Study retirement account mechanics through structured training.
