You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and Customer Success to resolve issues, support payroll processing, and guide customers on quarterly estimates and corporate structures while working remotely on a Monday–Friday EST/PST schedule.

• Strong tax operations knowledge including amendments, notices, extensions, and processing.
• Effective customer support and issue resolution skills to restore confidence.
• Commitment to data privacy, risk awareness, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work from home with Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm EST/PST.
• Follow US holidays and embrace adaptability, initiative, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and escalated customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone with tax and accounting expertise.
• Support payroll setup, processing, and alignment with bookkeeping and tax reporting.
• Provide guidance on quarterly tax estimates, S-corp analysis, and reasonable compensation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for frontline team members on advanced tax and compliance questions.
• Deliver phone support for high-priority escalations and maintain detailed case documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve experience.
