Aufgaben

• Set up and index tax tickets in OSV Support and Salesforce accurately.
• Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data with high accuracy.
• Meet daily ticket and notice quotas and manage aged tickets within 24 hours.
• Locate account information for clients using the TaxEx system.
• Process critical and blocker tickets within 2 hours of receipt.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
