Job summary

Abbott is seeking a TAVI Territory Manager to drive sales and clinical outcomes in the Structural Heart division. The role focuses on commercial accounts and trial sites within a US territory, reporting to the Regional Sales Director and collaborating with clinical specialists.

Travel may exceed 50% depending on staffing and regional needs. Requires 5+ years cardiovascular experience and strong clinical/sales acumen; base pay ranges from $78,000 to $156,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years cardiovascular experience, 3 SH/TEVAR/EVAR sales or 100+ TAVI cases; TAVI exp preferred.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of severe aortic stenosis.
• Strong clinical acumen, proven sales performance, organization, communication, and process skills.
• Vendor credentialing requirements may apply (COVID vaccination or accommodations).

Responsibilities

• Identify account opportunities and achieve quarterly sales objectives.
• Coordinate daily territory activities with Clinical Specialists and regional leads.
• Develop and implement customer-focused sales and clinical strategies for TAVI programs.
• Utilize SFDC and other sales tools to manage the sales process.
• Provide in-services and on-site training for product use and case support.
• Forecast and execute quarterly plans and manage account consignment.
