Job summary

24Seven Hotels seeks a hands-on Task Force Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across our portfolio. You will deploy to hotels, supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments, and act as Manager on Duty as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires prior hotel operations leadership, familiarity with major brands, and strong communication skills to drive improvements across assignments and transitions.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in Rooms or F&B at a hotel, or a related degree with hospitality experience.
• Previous hotel management or supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with select-service brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to assigned hotels, assess operations, set priorities.
• Supervise multiple departments and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Drive profitability via revenue growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Use reports and metrics to identify root causes and improve results.
• Provide clear handoffs and documentation at assignment end.
