Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a VP of Operations to lead a portfolio of hotels. You will oversee daily operations, develop and implement policies, and drive performance across the group. You will travel extensively and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and strong stakeholder management to grow profitability and guest satisfaction across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 4–10 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of hotel management principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a strong workforce.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
