Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. We are seeking a hands-on leader to guide a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) serving SMB merchants post-sale.

You will shape technical success strategies, collaborate across Client Success, Product and Operations, and drive expansion through practical integrations and optimizations. As a remote-first company, most roles operate remotely within the U.S.; occasional office work may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a B2B customer-facing technical role.
• Three+ years as a people manager.
• Strong background in web technologies and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a TAM team delivering technical success for SMB merchants post-sale.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product, Operations, and Merchant Care teams.
• Develop and track OKRs; forecast demand and recruit as needed.
• Provide technical guidance on integrations, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Advocate for merchants across cross-functional teams to meet priorities.
