Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years’ experience recruiting for technical roles (software, cloud/infrastructure, data/AI)
• Experience recruiting in remote professional-services environments preferred
• Experience coordinating interview processes, offers, and onboarding
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions across functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate structured interview processes, including plans, scorecards and feedback collection.
• Support offer development and onboarding in partnership with leadership.
