DataSpring is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-lifecycle recruiting for diverse roles across functions in a fully remote environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and coordinate interviews from intake to onboarding.

The role emphasizes a positive candidate experience, collaboration with the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development, and ongoing process improvements across recruiting operations

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience for technical roles preferred.
• Experience recruiting in a remote healthcare technology or complex professional-services environment preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools and managing full-lifecycle recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions across functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using inbound and passive channels.
• Screen and assess candidates, evaluating experience and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate structured interview processes, including plans, scorecards, and feedback.
• Support offer development and onboarding coordination with People & Culture leadership.
